Duncan Susag, owner of Sound Concrete Countertops, joined Spaceworks in order to further his business by securing a location to have a showroom, gallery and retail space. He has done just that at 917 MLK, where he recently opened “Concrete Market” which offers artisan concrete designs for residential and commercial spaces. Susag and his right hand man Mac transformed the 800 square foot office space into a sleek showroom allowing visitors to see how beautiful, warm and functional concrete can be. They offer custom designed/installed work, along with original furniture, counter tops, sinks, wine holders, and a variety of other concrete items.

The Concrete Market is the first official opening in a series of new creative enterprises to launch soon in the building on the corner of MLK and 10th. Spaceworks is proud to be partnering with owner Paul Okner on transforming this building located in the heart of Hilltop!
