Spaceworks wants you to be aware of two important opportunities through Artist Trust, an organization dedicated to supporting Washington State artists working in all creative disciplines.
Artist Trust’s Artist Survey is live through April 20. This statewide survey will help Artist Trust better understand and respond to the needs of individual artists of all disciplines and diversities. Every entry will be entered into a drawing to win a $200 prize for one lucky artist to apply towards things they need for making their art. GAP applications are now open through May 18, 2015. A total of $90,000 will be awarded to 61 recipients across Washington State in all artistic disciplines. Each recipient will receive $1,500 for a project they are starting or needing to complete. Funds can be used for a wide range of needs, from art supplies and studio space to installations and research travel.
