Over the next 12 months, with your support, Spaceworks Tacoma will:

Train new creative entrepreneurs with the skills they need to launch a successful small business
Present high-quality contemporary art exhibitions at our Artscapes outdoor sites and art gallery
Produce more amazing community events like the 2014 Tacoma Post Office Building Art Walks and MLK Quadruple Grand Opening backyard party

Alley Mural — Write253, a drop-in writing center for youth, was founded in 2011 with Spaceworks Incubator training and assistance to provide writing workshop and summer camps to students in Hilltop. In 2013, Write253 applied to Spaceworks’ Artscapes program which commissioned them to create a mural titled “Poetry in the Alley,” in collaboration with their students.
