Five local businesses came together at the beginning of December 2014 to form REVIVE, a collective of artisans; makers of locally crafted, sustainably sourced, custom-made furniture and furnishings. REVIVE popped up practically overnight in the ground floor showroom of a beautiful old building recently restored by property owners Jori Adkins and Rick Semple. They had several wonderful Third Thursday events with invited guest artists, including their fabulous grand opening on December 18. REVIVE was an awesome, unfortunately short-lived, maker showroom space, and those involved continue their amazing work as independent businesses: Alchemy Concrete Works, birdloft, rePly Furniture, Spring Fever Upholstery, and Wane + Flitch.
