Tacoma Aroma Flavor is compiling a series of cookbooks and dining guides that feature local chefs and mixologists—with an emphasis on farm-to-table and FLOSS (Fresh, Local, Organic, Seasonal, Sustainable) food systems. Founded on the value of community, the books celebrate Tacoma and neighboring cities in the 253 area code. 25.3% of the book’s proceeds will go to local nonprofits in five categories: Arts, Education, Human Services, Animal Welfare, and Nature Conservancy.
