The Nearsighted Narwhal

A consignment store for self-publishers, artists, and musicians. Their mission is to bring all things self-made to the general public and promote the DIY and creative community. They carry books, zines, comics, art, CD’s, jewelry, art & photography prints, buttons, patches, wall art, locally made edible goodies, coffee, and much more.  While they and Spaceworks searched for a site for their business, they identified the perfect spot on 6th Avenue and were able to lease it on their own. After many many hours of transforming the space for their business, they opened in early June 2014 and have been going gangbusters ever since and recently got a nice writeup in The Weekly Volcano.
