Local businesses benefit from the work we do that is growing our economy and adding vibrancy and activity to the streets of Tacoma.

Property owners are invited to work with us to provide low-cost space for artists to inspire and awe, and for entrepreneurs to launch or grow their innovative businesses.

Many hands make light work. There is so much to be done and we need extra hands to get the work done!
